What are the system requirements?
Minimum Configuration
IBM Compatible, 100 MHZ Pentium with 32MB RAM, Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP, Hard disk with 100MB free disk space for installation, 256-color VGA or SVGA video or better, 800x600 resolution, 2x CD-ROM or higher, Windows compatible printer.

Recommended
IBM Compatible, 200 MHZ Pentium with 64MB of RAM, 800x600 resolution or higher with small fonts.

Does the program have password protection?
We are currently working on adding password protection to the software.  If you purchase a copy before that feature is added and register online you will receive a free update that includes the password feature.  This should be available by October 2002.

Can I import pictures?
The software was designed as a writing tool to help you write about your life.  We are currently looking into ways that will allow you to add photos.  Our biggest concern about adding photos is the size of files it will create and the critical nature of backing up the data.  Right now we have leaned toward keeping the photos out because of the large file sizes Ð please check back often to see if that feature has been added.

Will it run on my Macintosh computer?
We are sorry to say that we are not supporting the Macintosh platform at this time.  With the many changes that Apple has been going through and the new operating system OSX we have decided not to develop for the Macintosh platform.

What is the difference between the LDS and Standard Editions?
Both editions basically work the same, the LDS Edition includes specific topics that relate to the LDS culture and faith.

Can more than one person use the software?
Yes.  The software will support an unlimited number of users as long as the software is only installed on one computer.

Is your site a secure site?
Yes.  We use Verisign's Payflow Link option to handle all of our transactions.  Verisign is the largest provider of Secure On-Line transactions.
